The sauce turns out really thick and creamy and the chicken is really soft. This is a very mild curry, so for some extra spice, add 1-2 Teaspoons of Chili powder.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts

  • 6 oz Natural Yogurt

  • 2 Onions

  • 10 oz Coconut Cream (not Milk)

  • 2 Green Chilis

  • 1 Chicken Stock Pot

  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Puree

  • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger Purees

  • 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric

  • 12 Cardamom Pods

  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Coriander

  • 2 Tablespoon of Cumin

  • 50g Ground Almond

Directions

  • In a Bowl Combine Coconut Cream and yogurt.
  • Add Spices, Cumin, Carramon, tumeric, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree Ground almonds.
  • Cute Cubed bite sized pieces of chicken in mixture.
  • Let sit as long as you can over night is best.
  • Turn Crock Pot on Low
  • Cut the onions small and place on bottom of the slow cooker
  • Add the Chillies and the Stock pot
  • Now Pour in Mixture from bowl with the chicken.
  • Cover and cook for 6 hours
