Crockpot Creamy Vodka Hot Sausage Sauce Ingredients:

 ½ 105 oz can of tomato SauceLeft over sauce from Making Hot Sausage works as well
 2 oz Vodka
 ½ cup Heavy Cream
 1 ½ cups Shredded Provolone Cheese
 1 Bag of Frozen Pepper & Onions

Crockpot Creamy Vodka Hot Sausage Sauce Directions:

Add 1/4 can of tomato sauce to the crockpot, layer the hot sausage, Bag of pepper and onions, then the 1/4 can of sauce. (or use the sauce and 4 pieces of hot sausage from our Crockpot Hot Sausage Recipe.)

Add the spices & Vodka

Cook on High for 5 hours if using raw hot sausage, IF using leftovers just 1.5 hours is fine.

After 3 hours add Cream & Cheese.

Cook for 15 mins on High or till the cheese melts, then blend with an immersion blender.

Cook on High for 1 more hour.

Serve sauce over your favorite pasta.
