Crockpot Ham
This CrockPot ham is just amazing, The flavor profile is what you would expect for a brown sugar ham just kicked up a notch!

Crockpot Ham Ingredients:
Crockpot Ham Directions:
Take the ham out of its packaging, and discard any of those premade flavor packets. IF you're using a bone-in ham, make sure to look for plastic caps on the bones and remove them.
Place the pineapple juice in the bottom of your large Crockpot.
In a nice size bowl mix the following into a paste, The brown sugar, maple Sugar, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and the honey. Now coat your ham with this paste making sure the flat side of the ham is down in your CrockPot.
Cover your Crockpot with a paper towel and place the lid on top, this will prevent moisture from getting to your ham. Cook on low for about 6 hours or till it reads 140 degrees.
Now that the ham is done remove it from the Crockpot, cover it with foil and let it rest for about 15 minutes. remove the fat by skimming it off the top of the juice in your crockpot.
Place the skim juiced into a pot on the stove top. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Mix water and cornstarch to make a slurry and add it to the simmering juices to thicken it for a ham gravy. Make sure to stir this while it cooks.
Serve with choice of sides and gravy and enjoy an easy CrockPot meal
