Around the last hour, Mix the cornstarch and water, and add it to your crockpot, Use more corn starch for a thicker gravy.
Pour the gravy over the meat and garnish with parsley if desired.
You can remove the sauce and add it to a pot with more corn starch + water to thicken it to your desired thickness.
