2 Pounds Stewing Beef
2 Whole White onions
1 Tsp Garlic Puree
1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
2 Whole Red Bell Peppers
1 Whole beef stock pot
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Whole Can Diced Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Flour
Handful Handful Parsley
Dice and coat beef with the flour.
Turn crockpot on low
Dice and add onions to the bottom
Add diced red peppers, Chop and add the parsley
Add the Paprika, the Tomato Puree, Garlic Puree and Beef stock pot.
Shake Flour off beef and add to the top
Add the can tomatoes then cover
Cook on low for 6 hours stirring once in a while.
